Refund policy

Our return policy allows you 14 days from the day you receive your item to request a return. Please note, we can’t process chair returns after this 14-day window has passed.

You have 2 options to return the item:

You’ll be responsible for covering your own shipping costs when returning an item to us, and please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.


We can arrange a return for you at a cost starting from £60 per item (depending on your location). The return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. For example, if you paid £200 per item, we would deduct £60 from total and you’d receive a refund of £140, plus cancellation fees of 1.5% to 3%.

To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original condition as received, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

-Can I cancel an order if I change my mind?

Yes, if it is prior to dispatch we are able to refund any payment taken.

If goods are returned after dispatch, you may return them at your own expense for a full refund of the purchase price only. Alternatively, we can arrange the return for a fee starting from £60 per item, which will be deducted from your refund. For example, if you paid £200 per item, £60 will be deducted, resulting in a refund of £140, plus cancellation fees ranging from 1.5% to 3%.

Simply contact us and we’ll cancel your order. Your money will be credited once your order is back to us.

-Order placed by mistake

Orders may be cancelled if they were placed in error. Please be advised that all transactions are subject to bank or credit card processing fees. A cancellation fee ranging from 1.5% to 3%. will therefore apply.

By way of example, if a payment of £100 is made and the order is subsequently cancelled, a refund will be issued; however, the amount returned will be approximately £97 after deduction of the applicable fees.

-Second Hand Office Chair Warranty

We offer a 12-month warranty on the gas lift and mechanism of any second hand chair sold by us.

Should any of these parts fail within 12 months of your purchase date We will repair or replace all defective Products.


You must provide us with a clear picture of the alleged

defect. If you refuse to send us the picture that we need to process your claim, we may assume

that you cannot substantiate your claim or have abandoned your claim.


For defects in faulty parts, we will ship the replacement parts to you free of charge and provide you with the

necessary replacement instructions. You may replace the parts by yourself or through a third

party, but we won't be responsible for any labour costs due to the replacement.


Replacement items will be warranted until the end of the warranty period for

the originals which they replaced or 30 days from the date you receive the replacement items,

whichever is later.

We may need you to ship back faulty parts to us. If so, we will collect the defective parts from

you at our own cost.


Any Warranty will be void if the product has been moved or dismantled and reassembled incorrectly


Item warranties are only applicable providing they are being used for the purpose designed. This warranty does not extend to wear and tear.


Repair an item that is out of warranty?

Should you require us to repair an item that is out of warranty, you will pay for all the

costs of repair and replacement. Examples of these costs include handling, transport,

packaging and shipment charges. We can also help and send you a collection and delivery quote if you can't find anything or you can't send us by yourself.


You Can't repair it if we send you the parts on your own?

Bring the chair to our warehouse, by appointment only (at your cost) and we will do it for you, In the unlikely event that we can’t fix a warranty failure, we will reimburse you the purchase price that you paid, less the amount directly attributable to your use and enjoyment of the Product in question before the non-conformance

was discovered. We may also accept your request for a partial refund as far as justified by the

reduced value of the unrepaired Product if you opt to keep it.


 


What our warranty does not cover

Warranty commitments do not cover claims resulting from:

● wear and tear, or due to the aging of materials like: seat, back, mesh fabric, fabric, Leather, arm pads, lumbar support, casters, paint wear, scratches.

● improper assembly, use or care, contact with animals, or site or environmental

conditions (such as environments with high heat, high humidity, high salinity or pollutant

gases);

● contact with moisture (including, without limitation, due to conditions such as

hyperhidrosis or contact with aqueous or organic solvents), thermal degradation or

elements that are known to cause a breakdown of materials;

● modifications or failure to follow the recommended assembly or aftercare instructions;

or

● abuse, negligence, accident, fire or water damage, transportation by the customer or

other causes beyond our control.
